She gave critical feedback that allowed me to see where I cloud improve my skills when it comes to a TEFL classroom. I also enjoyed working with the other students who took the course. The room always had a wonderful atmosphere even with the necessary precautions that had to be taken due to COVID.

The teaching practice really helps you to learn how to engage students in the classroom and her compliments and critique were both extremely valid. It really did help to have someone who is passionate about what they do lecturing.
- Q. How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course? A. It was such an insightful and informative course. I was extremely happy with the instructor and her energy. The content of the course allowed me to peace together the different course topics much easier and to translate that into an everyday action of planning and teaching. I feel motivated and excited for the next modules and assignments ahead.
- Q. How satisfied were you with your TEFL Trainer? A. The Trainer was clear, helpful, positive and extremely motivating. Her teaching style and feedback helped to absorb and receive all the information in a comfortable and safe environment.

She was able to share many of her own experiences as a teacher which helped us understand why certain areas are important/covered in the course. There was a huge amount of work to cover, but it was done in a way that was not overwhelming or rushed. I honestly cannot fault her on anything.

This allowed for the learning of the course materiel and practices to be effortless. Thus making the whole experience an enjoyable and inciteful weekend.

She was both friendly and approachable, as well as had all the characteristics to firstly create a bond with us as students within such a small timeframe. Secondly, she also made the learning material easier to learn by her uses of analogies and through her stories of her own experiences.
- Q. How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course? A. Everything was well planned. Lessons were free flowing. Classroom atmosphere was friendly and relaxing. Our teacher Luan is the best person on the planet. She explained everything so well that I could understand everything. I really enjoyed every minute of it. There are no complaints.
