- Q. How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course? A. Our facilitator was great and though it was a big class, she created an energetic vibe and paid attention to everyone. Arrangements at the venue were good. I felt I made some new friends. Content was good and structured.

If you did not completely understand what she was busy teaching, she made you feel comfortable to explain again until everybody understood! I did the Grammar before the course and did not quite understand it, but now I am much more at ease with it.

The class was instructed by a very educated, entertaining and understandable individual (Carmen) It was an enjoyable and educational lesson. I learnt a lot more about the TEFL course and was able to put what I’ve learnt into practice during our group activities. Thank you Tefl for a lovely weekend.

Before his lesson I was having doubts about my ability but with Mark's training and encouragement I fell much more confident in my ability.
