It fulfilled all the elements a learner might require - tutor explanations, visual material, varied pace, activities, bite-size subject matter, student interaction with the tutor and with each other etc. The atmosphere was congenial and relaxed and the tutor most engaging and knowledgeable.

- Q. How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course? A. The classroom element was amazing, the course was structured pretty well. I didn't know what to expect but it turned out to be a fun, very informative two days.
- Q. How satisfied were you with your TEFL Tutor? A. I was a bit nervous at first but Rentia made us all comfortable and relaxed from the onset. She was warm, attentive and extremely knowledgeable which made it easy to interact with her and the other students. The feedback she gave us was helpful and now I know where I need to improve.

I learnt a lot. The videos he showed was very well presented. He brought the lessons to life. He made us feel very comfortable and at ease. When we did the presentations, he gave us positive feedback and asked us in which areas we think we could have improved. He didn't criticise us and make us feel uncomfortable. Our trainer was great.
