- Q. How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course? A. The instructor was excellent in the way she taught and made everyone feel comfortable and not stressed with the teaching and course material she was teaching. The two teaching practice days were beautifully planned and set out, we followed the timetable and stuck to the time which was on the timetable. Day 1 was great, ease of the nerves and stress as it was my first time actually putting into practice what was taught. Day 2 I felt more confident and comfortable with teaching whilst applying the methods and techniques which were learnt the day before.
- Q. How satisfied were you with your TEFL Trainer? A. The instructor was amazing in the way she covered the course material. She made us all feel comfortable and eager to learn and work through the plan for Day 1 and Day 2. She had planned the two days exceptionally well, and she was confident in her teaching and that also made me feel at ease and eager to learn.
- Q. How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course? A. We covered the basics and went in depth as we went along. The course was both interactive and educational, I got so much out of it and feel more confident to teach infront of a group. The lessons were in unison with the online theoretical course which meant I had the chance to put into practice what I have learnt online. I enjoyed it and it was worth every cent.

- Q. How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course? A. The trainer was very experienced in TEFL and in training TEFL teachers, and she had a well-prepared, practical course. Also, she did a good job putting us in the shoes of beginner language learners, using Korean to demonstrate this and some learning techniques. She made sure to involve all five of the participants and was very encouraging.
- Q. How satisfied were you with your TEFL Trainer? A. I much appreciated the trainer's experience, expertise, encouragement, and responsiveness.

How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course?
A. I learnt a lot during the course and it gave me more confidence in becoming a TEFL teacher. Luan was an amazing teacher and has made me even more excited about my future with TEFL Academy. - Q. How satisfied were you with your TEFL Trainer? A. Luan explained everything clearly, showed us exactly what we need to do in the classroom, made everything fun and was able to answer all our questions.
- Q. How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course? A. Having don't most of the online course prior to attending the classroom session, there werea few areas I was not comfortable with that were made well clarified in the session. Also, the enactment help put into perspective the real-life environment which wasn't as daunting as it was before in my imagination.
- Q. How satisfied were you with your TEFL Trainer? A. Baphiwe as our facilitator did an exceptional work with how she conducted the session. She managed to brillantly highlight the main components of a classroom teaching environment - taking away the anxiety concerning teaching English abroad. She also challenged us enough to see the change in our teaching approach overnight.
- Q. How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course? A. The teacher gave an informative and well thought out lesson. She using her experience and anecdotal knowledge she insured that the lesson was not only well taught, it was clear why the techniques that were used were chosen. And I found that invaluable. In addition the group structure of the lesson was well utilized
- Q. How satisfied were you with your TEFL Trainer? A. The teacher had a very warm, welcoming presence. Was kind, humourous and knew how to add levity to the lesson. Her experience and knowledge of the subject matter was clearly evident both in the way she taught and from observing her teaching. Allowing students to develop a deeper understanding of the material
