All the students were immediately at ease and engaged with the course. Carmen was friendly, engaging and welcoming. I received clarity on grey areas. Role-playing teaching was a vital experience. Information on what to expect and what to look out for either in online as well as face to face teaching was unhurried, clear and useful. Carmen gave her full attention, time and did not rush any areas of concern. A great experience!
