- Q. How satisfied were you with your TEFL Trainer? A. Brian modelled the teaching skills and expertise we as students are aspiring to in undertaking this course. He used a variety of techniques and activities to convey information, communicated ideas clearly, and was responsive to questions. He was very knowledgeable and had a lot of real life teaching experience to draw on, which was both interesting and inspiring. There was a good mix of receptive and productive learning sessions throughout both days which kept the students engaged and alert. His feedback was balanced, practical and given in a positive and encouraging way.
- Q. How satisfied were you with the webinar course? A. The webinar course was very helpful in preparation for my first assignment submission, which I'm currently working on. I feel less intimidated now to reach out to the tutors after having met Angie! She was really great. She shared so many good ideas about teaching stragegies and class and student management. It's really nice to have a face associated with the TEFL program now. Also, getting a bit of practice with lesson planning and presenting was a good thing.
- Q. How satisfied were you with your TEFL Trainer? A. Angie was a great TEFL Trainer. She made us feel at ease right away, and her years of teaching shows. She gave us lots of great ideas about choosing themes for lessons, scaffolding, eliciting and concept checking. She was very accessible and friendly - and supportive!
- Q. How satisfied were you with the webinar course? A. This was a great addition to the course and very thoughtful of you to provide, especially with the global situation at the moment. May was great and very patient. She gave some good tips for teaching in a classroom and online setting. Wouldn't mind having another webinar with her to gain more knowledge.

- Q. How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course? A. I loved the course. It was great because it made me feel more confident about teaching. It was great to have the opportunity to stand up in front of everyone and teach grammar and vocabulary. It was nice meeting other people who want to teach as well. The foreign language lesson also helped me realise how important gestures and facial expressions are for getting the message across.
