Our facilitator/instructor (Alex) was excellent and really skilled. It was ideal to learn from a seasoned professional who modelled effective teaching strategies even when she was just interacting with us or sharing information.
- Q. How satisfied were you with your TEFL Trainer? A. As shared previously, Alex is a great trainer. She is patient, skilled, and very engaging. Her deep experience as a teacher, materials and handouts, and exercises, including teaching a lesson in Romanian to give us first-hand knowledge of how EFL learns might feel during a lesson, were simply invaluable. Plus, she has a very good sense of humour and knows how to pace/manage the class. She was always available to us for guidance/advice and answered all our questions.
- Q. How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course? A. The course felt welcoming and comfortable which was one of my main concerns as a student with little experience with teaching English. It was good fun, very informative and kept us engaged for the entirety of the weekend, which as somebody who struggles with their attention span, was very important!
- Q. How satisfied were you with your TEFL Trainer? A. The teacher was amazing, helpful and friendly. She spoke clearly and confidently on the course work while also being reassuring and helpful. I would happily do the course again with her and my companions if possible!
