The classroom element of the course felt very thorough and informative, and I really appreciated the chance to do in-person teaching practice—it helped me to understand what is involved in being a TEFL teacher, and inspired me to continue with the rest of the online component with more enthusiasm.

The atmosphere in the classroom was very pleasant, the material was conveyed in an interesting way and the classroom experienced gave me valuable experience on teaching in front of a classroom.
- Q. How satisfied were you with your TEFL Trainer? A. Miss Tiffany was simply great , she made everyone in the classroom feel very comfortable, was very engaging, conveyed the material in a clear and interesting way, was attendant to student needs and was overall awesome.
- Q. How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course? A. I had great fun. Met some amazing people. Learned an awful lot. The tutor was very knowledgeable and helpful. It gave real meaning to the theory and put it into context. It was great to have some hands on experience and practice what I have learned. I now feel much more confident about planning and delivering lessons.
- Q. How satisfied were you with your TEFL Trainer? A. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained and demonstrated things really clearly. He made the experience great fun. He got everybody involved. He was encouraging and engaging giving everyone confidence and constructive feedback. I came away feeling confident about applying what I have learned.
- Q. How satisfied were you with the webinar course? A. I felt like I got to learn helpful teaching skills. And I liked being able to work together with others to make concrete lesson plans. It was good practice.

- Q. How satisfied were you with the webinar course? A. Luan was an incredible teacher and carried the lesson the whole way. The whole lesson was informative, exciting and engaging. I wish she was my English teacher in high school. The content of the webinar I found very informative and I really liked how explained and showed us in a model format what is will be like to teach. There was never any guessing on what needed to be done. Our objectives and goals were always clear and I understood what was expected of me.
- Q. How satisfied were you with your TEFL Trainer? A. Luan was great! She brought a lot of energy, made things clear and easy to understand. Always had patience for us and always gave us constructive feedback.
- Q. How satisfied were you with the webinar course? A. I was nervous before it started, I was intimidated about presenting infront of lots of people but Ryan made everyone feel at ease. I had hit a bit of a stand off with the 2nd assignment and got stuck in a rut. But after doing the webinar it gave me more ideas around tasks and lesson planning and I really enjoyed the webinar
- Q. How satisfied were you with your TEFL Trainer? A. Ryan made us feel at ease. He popped in to the breakout sessions and gave us ideas when we were struggling and everyone was at a different stage in the course and he didn't make anyone feel silly for asking questions or that we were taking up extra time.
