The trainer was attentive, patient, and knowledgeable in the subject matters. She was able to assist us with the practical work and gave us constructive feedback to ensure we were better and more confident. I was nervous when we started but when we parted on the second day - I was more confident in embarking on this journey. The course exceeded my expectations,

- Q. How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course? A. My expectations were exceeded! I trained as a Linguist and currently studying for a Master's degree in Language Practice, but I felt so new to most of the concepts I met in the class. The teaching was practical, professional, and skilled based. I never knew my inabilities until I got to the class. I noticed that being a Linguistics and or an English Language graduate was not enough. There was something more to TEFL Teaching and after the class on the last day, my confidence increased, I got it! I was rejuvenated! It was for me like a lost-and-found treasure.
- Q. How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course? A. Instructor Racquel Barth was exceptional in her delivery. The relational approach at which she conveyed her lessons was amazing. Please retain her in your team. She did an excellent teaching job. She was so patient, her feedback was so friendly and her style of teaching was so clear without any form of ambiguity.
